  • Behaviour that challenges
  • Support in housing and resettlement
  • Liaising with local authorities to maximise income
  • Assistance with welfare benefits, housing benefits, EMA, e.t.c
  • All aspects pertaining to their day to day life in order to live independently

Living in their own home (home care):
